Retourbeleid van EverKind Petwear
14-dagen retourtermijn
Je hebt 14 dagen na ontvangst van je artikel om een retour aan te vragen.
Voorwaarden voor retour
Om in aanmerking te komen voor retour, moet het artikel in dezelfde staat verkeren als waarin je het hebt ontvangen: ongedragen en ongebruikt, voorzien van alle labels en in de originele verpakking. Ook heb je het aankoopbewijs of factuur nodig.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.Â
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Goedkeuring en verzending
Als je retour wordt goedgekeurd, sturen we je een verzendlabel en instructies voor het versturen van je pakket. Artikelen die zonder voorafgaande retourmelding worden teruggestuurd, worden niet geaccepteerd.

Schade en problemen
Controleer je bestelling bij ontvangst. Neem direct contact met ons op als het artikel defect, beschadigd is of als je het verkeerde artikel hebt ontvangen. Dan beoordelen we het probleem en zorgen we voor een passende oplossing.
Uitzonderingen / niet-retourneerbare artikelen
Bepaalde artikelen kunnen niet worden geretourneerd, zoals bederfelijke goederen (bijv. voedsel, bloemen of planten), maatwerkproducten (speciale bestellingen of gepersonaliseerde items) en producten voor persoonlijke verzorging (bijv. beautyproducten). Ook gevaarlijke stoffen, ontvlambare vloeistoffen of gassen accepteren we niet retour. Neem contact met ons op als je vragen hebt over een specifiek artikel.
Sale-artikelen en cadeaukaarten kunnen helaas niet worden geretourneerd.
Ruilen
Wil je zeker weten dat je het gewenste artikel krijgt? Stuur dan het huidige artikel retour. Zodra de retour is goedgekeurd, plaats je een nieuwe bestelling voor het gewenste artikel.
14-dagen bedenktijd voor de Europese Unie
Ongeacht het bovenstaande geldt: wanneer een product wordt verzonden naar een land in de EU, heb je het recht om binnen 14 dagen zonder opgaaf van redenen je bestelling te annuleren of te retourneren. Ook dan moet het artikel ongedragen, ongebruikt, met labels en in originele verpakking zijn, en heb je het aankoopbewijs nodig.
Terugbetalingen
We zullen je informeren zodra we je retour hebben ontvangen en geïnspecteerd, en laten je weten of de terugbetaling is goedgekeurd. Na goedkeuring wordt het bedrag binnen 10 werkdagen automatisch teruggestort op je oorspronkelijke betaalmethode. Houd er rekening mee dat het langer kan duren voordat je bank of creditcardmaatschappij de terugbetaling verwerkt.
